This was the case for me this morning. I had set my alarm for 6:00 a.m., but when it went off, I couldn’t get out of bed. I hit the snooze button a few times before finally getting up.
I usually start my day with a cup of coffee, but I decided to make myself a healthy smoothie this morning. I blended some frozen berries, bananas, almond milk, and spinach. It was delicious and gave me a much-needed boost of energy.
After breakfast, I checked my email and saw that I had a meeting with my boss at 9:00 a.m. I quickly got ready and headed to the office.
